Born and raised in San Diego, Sheila Etheridge brings over two decades of experience, local expertise, and a refined design perspective to real estate. A self-taught designer with extensive hands-on experience remodeling and transforming homes, Sheila has a natural eye for design, quality, and potential. She helps buyers see beyond what’s in front of them and works with sellers to thoughtfully position and present their homes to stand out in the market.

Real estate is also a family legacy. Drawing from more than 45 years of family experience in the industry, Sheila has developed a deep understanding of every facet of real estate - from building to buying and selling to investing, renovating, and design.

Her approach blends market expertise, creativity, and strategy to deliver an elevated real estate experience tailored to each client and property. 

Prior to her career in real estate, Sheila earned a degree from San Diego State University and taught inner-city third grade. She then pursued her passion for education by completing graduate school and achieving a master's in curriculum and instruction.
